Day 3:  Three roses are ready, and I like them very very much.  I bought a checkered pin cushion for my needles today. I wanted to make my own one with my hands, but when i saw this, it told me: “bring me home, please, i can help you”… haha, so i did. :D(But i want to make one and decorate once :) This is a real work-in-progress photo, because my baby let me stitch only in the evenings. Heheee!  Sometimes I imagine the time when we two will handcraft, sew, bake etc. together… :)))  Have a nice weekend you all! For me a busy one, because we are preparing to travel to Lake Balaton on Monday! Yay!

Day 2: The first rose is almost ready… :) I like stitching with pink. Hehe! I decided to buy the matching cup to this teapot when i finished this one. Because I like sets.

Day 1: It doesn’t seem to be a teapot yet… :) But i have already know where i will hang it up: into the dining room, where my other teapots are.  These summer days are very cloudy and cold here in Hungary, as you can see from this photo, we haven’t got too much sunshine now. Just the perfect tea time! So! Let’s have a tea together. I’d like to drink a green one. Yum.

Cross stitch

I started my first embroidery today. It’s a lovely teapot (how I love love teapots, and collecting them, too!), just 14x14 cm, so a not a big one.But for the start it’s just perfect! I like cross stitching very much! :)

My friend showed me how to start it and now i am so much into it. She gave me a nice Teddy Bear cross stitch set to stitch, too, as a gift! So i will be very busy in the coming few weeks. Yay! Pictures are coming soon. (I took photos without a memory card… Ooops!)

Here’s the lavender wreath, i made today. I am very happy with the result, our home is cozier with it. :)  I ordered these in spring for my garden from Tihany, the famous hungarian lavender field, near Lake Balaton.
